About the base
- In the case of wallpaper with functional properties such as water repellency or stain resistance, or vinyl wallpaper with large irregularities, it may not adhere well and may come off.
- It can be applied over a paint base, but there is a risk of the paint film coming off when removing it.
- For substrates other than vinyl wallpaper, the wallpaper may peel off or leave marks when removed.
