How to order

  • Choose the product you want

    Please check the product page for details such as size, color, and material.

    The color of the product image posted on the product page may look different from the actual product depending on the customer's viewing environment.
    Paid samples can be ordered for many products, so we recommend checking the actual color and texture before purchasing the required quantity.

  • Add to cart

    Once you have decided on the product, click the "Add to Cart" button to proceed to the order process.

    If you wish to continue shopping, please press the "Continue Shopping" button.

  • Check out

    Please select your shipping address, delivery method and payment method.

    If you have already registered as a member, your registered member information will be displayed when you log in. Please confirm that there are no changes to your registered information before proceeding with your order.

    *You can place an order without registering as a member.

    Please check that your order details are correct and confirm your order.

  • Arrival of order confirmation email

    After your order is confirmed, an order confirmation email will be automatically sent to the email address you registered. It usually arrives by the next business day, but if you do not receive it, please contact us here .

About delivery

Estimated delivery date

Your order will be shipped from Japan via DHL within 1-2 weeks after your order is confirmed.
Once your item has been shipped, we will email you the tracking number.

Returns, exchanges and cancellations

If you receive a defective product or a product different from the one you ordered

If you receive a defective product or a product different from the one you ordered, please contact us within 7 days including the delivery date.
Once we have confirmed your order and any defects, we will replace it with a new or equivalent item at our shipping cost.
*If the product is defective, it will be replaced, so please wait for us to contact you and keep it instead of throwing it away.
*If you find any defects during installation, please stop installation immediately and contact our store.
Please note that if you continue construction without contacting us, we will not be able to accept returns or exchanges.

If any of the following conditions apply, we will not accept returns of the product regardless of the reason.

  • If there is no defect in the product
  • If more than 7 days have passed since the product arrived
  • When the product is installed
  • If we are unable to confirm the problem

If you made a mistake with your order

As a general rule, we do not accept changes after an order has been completed, but if you would like to make a change, we will check with you to see if it is possible, taking into account your circumstances and requests.
However, if production or shipping procedures have already begun, we cannot accept any changes.
If you contact us by email, please be sure to include your order number.

If you want to return a product after it arrives

Our products are made to order (made to order) or ordered from the manufacturer, and as a general rule, we cannot accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges after an order has been placed.

To avoid discrepancies in product images, you can order paid samples for many products.

Regarding delivery problems

Regarding delivery delays and damage

Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed as delivery may be delayed due to traffic conditions, weather, etc.
Please note that we cannot accept cancellations due to delays.

When the product arrives, if there is obvious damage to the exterior, please check the contents on the spot. If you find that the product is damaged, please do not pick it up and give it to the delivery staff.
*We will contact you as soon as we receive notice of the damage from the delivery company. If you are in a hurry, please contact our store directly .

After the product arrives, please be sure to open it and check the product within 7 days (including the delivery date).
If the exterior of the product is damaged and the product inside is also damaged, please contact our store immediately.
*Please do not throw away any damaged boxes, but store them.
*If damage is discovered during our store's closed periods, such as New Year's holidays, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, please contact the delivery company directly.
*A representative from the delivery company may visit you to check the situation.

Certification of Japanese wallpaper

Information about formaldehyde certification

Please check the details on each product page for the formaldehyde emission certification standards set by JIS standards for Japanese building materials.
Regarding building materials that have not been formaldehyde certified, we do not recommend using them in areas where usage restrictions (*) apply based on domestic certification standards.
If you would like to request construction work from a construction company, please consult with us to see whether or not construction is possible.
* Varies depending on construction area, construction location, building size, etc.
It is said that the effects of chemical substances on people vary from person to person, and if you use domestically certified products or building materials that emit less formaldehyde, this does not mean that you will never develop sick building syndrome.
